This policy explains how BestShopDealsPro processes information when you use its website and account workspace.

Information we process

• Account name, email address, and a password hash. Passwords are not stored in readable form.
• Session-cookie data needed to keep an authenticated session active and secure.
• Hashed password-reset tokens and their expiry records.
• Administrator-assigned marketplace tracking IDs associated with an account.
• Private earnings-report data uploaded by administrators and the report-upload history needed for correct reporting and reversals.
• Contact-form information when a message is sent to support.
• Limited server and security logs used to diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and protect the service, where the hosting provider retains them.

Why we use it

We use this information to operate accounts, generate links with the appropriate assignment, provide private earnings reporting, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and maintain security.

Cookies and similar technology

BestShopDealsPro uses essential session cookies. It does not add non-essential analytics or advertising cookies by default and does not use Amazon oneTag unless it is explicitly configured in a future deployment with the necessary notices and consent controls.

Third-party services

When a user generates a product link, the server may communicate with Amazon’s authorised Creator API using administrator-configured credentials. Product links take visitors to Amazon only after their deliberate click. Hosting and email providers may process information as part of providing their services, potentially in countries other than your own.

Retention and security

We retain account and report records while needed to provide the service, maintain reporting accuracy, comply with legitimate obligations, or resolve disputes. We use access controls, prepared database queries, CSRF protection, session protections, and password hashing. We do not claim that data is encrypted at rest unless the hosting configuration separately provides it.

Your choices
