You must provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and keep access to your account private. You may not use another person’s tracking IDs or API credentials, generate fraudulent clicks, create artificial traffic, or promote links deceptively.

Amazon programme responsibilities

You are responsible for your own eligibility, enrolment, and compliance with Amazon Associates requirements for each marketplace you use. BestShopDealsPro does not guarantee account approval, API availability, commissions, or earnings, and cannot protect an account from programme enforcement.

Product information and links

Product information may be unavailable, incomplete, or change. Always verify current details on the relevant Amazon marketplace. Amazon links are provided as direct destinations; Amazon and third-party sellers control products, orders, payments, delivery, returns, and warranties.

Intellectual property

The BestShopDealsPro service, design, and original materials are protected by applicable law. Amazon marks and product content remain the property of their respective owners and are used only as permitted by the applicable programme terms.

Suspension and limitation of liability

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or particular results. BestShopDealsPro is not liable for Amazon programme decisions, third-party product information, or purchase outcomes.
